Belt
Belts are great for improving strength and decreasing the risk of injury.

Wrist wraps
Wrist wraps are used to comfortably stabilize the wrist while lifting heavy weights. They are commonly used during the bench press and sqaut.

Flat shoes
Unlike running sneakers, flat shoes allow the lifter to distribute weight through the backside of the foot and effectively “spread the floor apart."

Singlet
Singlets are essentially your uniform while weightlifting. They are required at all events.

Knee-high socks
While deadlifting, bloody shins are a common occurence. Knee-high socks are a great way to prevent this.
